Nothing up front
For most projects, payment (by mailed check or PayPal) is due only after the work is completed to your satisfaction.

Formatting guarantee
If the project includes formatting to meet institutional or publisher requirements, acceptance is guaranteed: If your institution or publisher requests formatting changes after you submit, I will make those changes at no additional charge.

What is your expertise?
I have been writing and editing research documentation for more than two decades. I work with students, professional researchers, and businesses, so you can expect a highly professional level of service.

Can you format my document even if I don’t need editing?
Yes, I can format your final manuscript to meet any submission requirements.

Can you handle technical subjects?
Yes, scientific writing is one of my specialties.

How can I tell what changes you made to my manuscript?
When I return your edited manuscript, I always include a separate version with all changes tracked.

I know I’ll have to do revisions right up to the end. Can you accommodate that?
I understand last-minute revisions may be unavoidable. I can usually develop a plan with you to avoid costly repetition of work.

I’m on a budget—how can I keep my costs down?
You’ll get my lowest rates if you can schedule projects at least two weeks in advance and get your final content to me well ahead of your deadline. I can often accommodate last-minute requests with tight deadlines, but rates will be higher.
